Sharon Ow is a learning, leadership, and organization development professional with 20 years of experience across corporate and public sectors throughout APAC, Europe, the Middle East, and Americas.
Her expertise spans 1-1 coaching, team development, and management consulting. She established global coaching frameworks alongside leadership strategies for MNCs and developed programs for the Singapore Public Service.
A certified corporate coach with multiple accreditations, Sharon excels at facilitating meaningful conversations for leadership development and organizational change, addressing deeper psychodynamic elements in groups.
Sharon holds an Executive Master of Change (INSEAD) and BSc Economics (University of Nottingham, UK).
